    The Turkey Learn To Fly

    One day the leader eagle wanted to teach the turkey how to fly gracefully in the sky as they do. They get together at the top of the cliff and started the lesson. After teaching how to use their wings they began to flap it together and fly. To start with! They must jump off the cliff. The altitude is so high that the turkey must have too much courage to try. When learn something new, you have to apply it and the turkey did. Not all birds with wings can fly like an eagle and that is what the turkey wants to learn. Doubt and fear arise knowing that there is a big difference in physical capability and appearance, but it doesn’t matter because they really have to try and learn.

    The leader eagle find out that the turkey is afraid to jump on the cliff; he knows that they can fly but they have to try. So he pushed the turkey on the cliff like what they do on their baby eagle.

    The turkey is falling down so he must flap their wings to fly or else he will die. It was the great decision, you never know unless you try to do it. Just before he hit the ground he manages to fly and does what the leader eagles explain. It is a great success on the part of the turkey, he discovers that soaring above the skies is great and have much more places to discover. The lesson has ended and the turkey are so thankful to the leader eagles. Without your help leader eagle we can never fly high in the sky.

    But! Then the turkey went home walking not realizing that he already know how to fly.

  • Space And Time

    I always get better at home and when I see my family, I feel really good. When I hug my mother and father, I can felt so much love. This is the moment where I want to pause the time and enjoy the happy feelings we are sharing together. It’s where I get some strength and courage.

    Getting far away from them is the time where sadness sits beside me. So I close my eyes and imagining them is one way to make them feel closer. It is where I rejected sadness and replace with happiness and it is a happiness that you can create when you think and decide.

    I cannot tell a story of how I miss them… My family and friends are so precious to me. Time will shows love even if you are not physically together as long as you both believe, when that happens you already conquer time. We become one or whole in what we believe. Express your feelings at distance means that you are eliminating space by providing the feelings that you have now.

    There are some devices, technologies and tools use to connect where distance is not a hindrance anymore. It is the internet and telecommunication devices that serve us the way. By providing your feelings, we can feel them much more closely.

    Believers that God exists conquer time and spaces. We don’t know where exactly God is but we believed that He’s always here; believing conquers space and what you find is here. We know that Jesus will come back on judgments day and now we fill up the time with good deeds. When you see the future we conquer time, and what left is now.

    Overcome the space and you will find is here. Visualizing the future and what left is now.

    I’m looking for new WordPress theme around the net, some site offers it for free and others are for membership or for extra money. My theme which I bought from Themeforest.com is been good enough for me. I’m so thankful for the year of making my blog looks good. From this theme I learn how Template Pages work where I am able to add some php code the way I want the page work. My Contact Page and Social Comments Page are the experiments I use to create with WordPress page template. And after that I begin to add some RSS Page and Amazon Store.

    The WordPress template sites that I am planning where to get a new template.

    Goals Commitment Reason

    There are reasons why the sun keeps on shining and not giving up on us. Like the sun, we must have the reason why we should wake up and do something. I am sharing you the short situation about goals, commitment and why we must have a deep reasons. Because reasons can power up your goals and commitment.

    The rich man is giving his $10 Million to you. Both of you counted the money and smells it for the purpose of making a sense that it is already yours. The rich man said that you must dig a 10ft deep whole and bury this money at night while no one are watching, so that your the only one knows about the opportunity to get it when morning comes. No one knows that you are digging for the money of the rich man to be yours with that kind of conditions. When you are ready to start digging the money, you must not stop until you get it or else the money will just be given to others.

    Your commitment is don’t stop until you get it.

    Your goal now is to get that money and your commitment is don’t stop until you get it.

    The morning comes and you have to start digging the money. The crowd started to notice what are you doing and they are asking what are you doing? Of course you might answer “I am digging my money” because you know that there is money ten feet below the ground. They will laugh but you will ignore them because you have a goal and commitment to get it. And the rain start falling and you can get sick from the rain but you must finished  digging because of your commitment.

    And now after the hard work! you get your goals. You feel happy and tiredness is no room for you now because you get what you want to get.

    Goals give vision and direction and commitment give energy to accomplished things, but sometimes it is not enough to rely on the two, it often fail when there is no reasons involve.

    Reason can change everything. What if another man offers you the same amount just to stop what you have started or stop what your are doing. What will you do if you can instantly get the $10 Million goals? What happens now to your commitment? It is gone, changed and ends. You can still ignore that opportunity and continue what you’ve started if you have the reason why.

    To make a strong goals and commitment you have to have a deep reason in order to accomplish the things that you want. $10 Million is just money that you can get and have in many ways but a reason will only comes within your decision making.

    This time lets substitute the money with your love one, Isn’t that heavier than $10 Millions. Your love one is buried ten feet below the ground and you must get within an hour or else he or she will die. Then in the middle of what you are doing I will make $20 Million offer double than before. Will you stop and let your love one die? Even if the rich man did not offer the same value or same things.

    When your reason is enough to perform your goals and commitment, it becomes strong and unfailing.

  • How much is that chicken?

    One day we went from a business trip to meet our leaders to teach them how to leverage their time through others. We show them how rich people use the time of other people to gain more wealth. One example is the fast food chain like Jollibee and McDonald. The owners are not the one you see operating the business but instead the crews, staffs, and manager of the store. They make money out of the efforts of others and the more they are! the more they gain wealth.

    Another example is like buying cigarettes. How many are buying cigarettes right now? If 10% of 95 million Filipinos are smoking, how can sell it to them at once or at the same time? Lucio Tan did it. He uses the channel of distribution to multiply himself, from factory to the warehouse, from warehouse to the wholesaler, and from the wholesaler to store or from the vendor where we can buy cigarettes.

    They become rich using the Law of Leverage where they can multiply their time and effort through others. The training is good and the people learn something that can change their life if only they find a way to apply the Law of Leverage.

    This is not a true story but it shows the reality how to value things that is lost.

    After the training, we traveled back and along the road the vehicle accidentally hit the chicken that crosses the street. It’s a hen that lays eggs. When we ask the owner of that chicken, How much is that chicken? The owner pauses and calculates the price of the chicken. He valued so much the hen that only few know how expensive it is. He shows the price and I was shocked to see the amount of that chicken. It’s almost P1,000,000.00 and how could this be. The farmer said, well that hens lays an egg, and some become a hen and lays eggs too. In her tenth generation, that chicken can produce over a million of eggs and I only charge it for only P1.00 and you must be thankful that. Speechless that chicken applied with the law of leverage and the farmer is the mentor.

  • Boat Man Story

    A professor went on a research to find what culture is in the island. He ride a boat to reach the island and it will journey for about an hour. The place was bored in silence when the professor ask question to the boat man.

    Do you know about Philosophy? The professor asked. The boat man answered, I don’t know more about Philosophy but a little less. And the professor said that, Do you know that you miss one fourth of your life and continue to ask more questions.

    Do you know about Science? The professor asked again. The boat man answered,  I don’t know more about Science but a little less.  The professor smile and said you miss again another one fourth of your life and continue to ask more questions.

    Do you know more about Mathematics? The professor asked again. The boat man answered, I don’t know more about Mathematics but a little less. The professor are boastfully high to see himself that he know everything while in the middle of the ocean.

    The boat man are now afraid that he already miss three fourth off his life and one more question from the professor will be a whole life to be miss.

    The boat seems to be in trouble, it will sink in the middle and they have to swim on the sea shore. The boat man asked the professor. Do you know how to swim? If not, you miss your whole life here.

  • Teach me Kung-Fu

    The old mates at age of 60’s are fishing on the river and on the other side a kung-fu student are practicing his lesson although he already master at his level. He is so proud that he is the strongest among all the students.

    After the lesson ends, the students are watching old mates fishing while they find something unusual. One of the old mates went to crossover the river to urinate, they see the old man just running over the water to cross the river, and get back after. They saw another one to crossover the river and went back to fishing.

    One pupil become boastful then he attempt to try and said that if the old man can do, I can do it too, and the boastful pupil tries to crossover the river. The students were panicking when they notice that their friend is drowning. They ask the old man to save the life of the classmate.

    After the old man save him, the students were asking how they can easily crossover the river without drowning, and what kind of kung-fu is that. The old man laugh, There is no kung-fu technique, did you know that ten years ago there was a bridge over there, the bridge is gone but the pole are still there where we use to step to crossover the river. If you ask us first you probably crossover easily and not been drown.

    Learning from the experience of others is the shortest way to success. Following the footsteps of successful people is the fastest way to become successful.

  • The Leverage Principle

    Leverage is what we use to gain maximum output from the minimum input. Three forms of physical leverage are used in everyday life: a lever, a pump and a set of pulleys. Each form of leverage reduces the effort needed to obtain greater result. We use lever to lift a heavy load. The longer the lever the easier it becomes.

    As human beings, we have two form of leverage: bestowed and acquired. The bestowed are the ones we’re born with. The three form are gifts, talents and abilities. The acquired forms are knowledge, attitudes and skills. They can be learn or taught.

    We use our leverage to increase the results possible from our other sources – especially our mediums of exchange. The only use of our mediums of exchange is to enhance the benefits from all our other resources.

    What are our resources?

    • Body – Physical Health
    • Mind – Capture, storage, retrieval and correlation of information in order to solve problems, creativity
    • Relationships – Good relationship will offset any deficiencies in other resources.
    • Possessions
    • Leverage ( Bestowed and acquired )

    There are two forms of medium of exchange

    • Bestowed Medium – Time, it’s the only reason that all human beings have in common 24 hours every day. The only benefit of time is to enhance our other resources. It allows us to use and enjoy our bodies, minds, spirits , relationships, possessions, leverage and money. Without time, none of these would have any real meaning.
    • Acquired Medium – Money, like time, its only real benefit is to enhance our other resources and our enjoyment of the benefits they offer.

    In the business world, the leverage principle is applied with even more wondrous effect. No one has the time or energy to build successful business on his own. An entrepreneur’s success is tied directly to the amount of leverage he can bring to bear. That’s where customer referral comes in.     Linear Income is where money paid in exchange for time and Residual Income is the kind of income that provides real leverage. Once you have established a residual income stream, it keeps on flowing, even if you decided to take a year off.
