  • Send handwritten letters and flowers

    I wrote a handwritten letters to express my appreciations and love to my friends. I add some flowers to make it nice and good. I never expect the feedback was so touching from saying goodbye on the letter. I never expect that flower and short note can make a difference.

    I gave two sets of flower with handwritten letters. They were almost the same and alike. I gave one to my roommate and the other one to my friends’ next room. Although it was just the same; people think and feel differently. It is because they have different experience of knowing me.

    Our feelings are often time base on our experiences as we grow. The emotions we have now are molded by the things we have learn and discovered, and it is something that we believe in.

    I don’t have time to take photo of the flowers, so I hope they have extra time to do it and send to me.

    What did you learn?

    • Often times we always have a different point of view on the certain things even if we are looking at the same side and the same things.
    • People give feed backs defending on the experience they had with you.

    You can make a difference

    • Your gift can be more appreciated when you add more gratitude and love, which can make a difference.
    • Writing a letter on a paper is an old way of sending message but I can be more meaningful.

  • Collecting Gold and Silver

    The gold, silver and other precious metals are the best collections when you are considering the product value compared to other collections that might drop its value. The gold and silver will is predicted to increase their value because of the demands.

     

    I will give a two scenario that make a difference between two different things about investing gold and silver vs. others.

    I see people collecting toys and buying expensive gadgets while others are starting to collect and invest their money on gold and silver. The price of gold and the value of your collections maybe the same as of today. What makes a difference is that the value of your gold and silver are going up while your other collection might already have no value at all in the future.

    It is sad to say that sentimental value of the things will not feed you unless you can trade it for money.

    It is strange if there is a land or lot area that you can buy one square meter. You are not collecting or investing for a grave yard. While the good thing about gold and silver is that you can buy gold or silver per gram which is every normal worker can able to save and invest.

    Collecting unique and branded gold is more valuable. Limited edition is the best thing to collect than any normal form of gold. Pure Gold is now making its brand in the market. Now Singapore is aiming to be the gold trading hub for Asian country.

    • It is good to invest on the things that can preserve its value.
    • If you can invest in real estate, gold and silver is the best alternative.
    • The demand of gold and silver will make it more valuable in the future.

  • I live, love and loved for who I am

    Let me take this feelings
    going upward the sky
    I want to dive for you.

    Then let me drop this feelings
    dig pit to the ground
    I want to die for you.

    Is there something more to do
    Is there someone else to save.
    I wanna live with you.

    After I closed my eyes and see you in my dreams
    I am much more likely love this peace and serenity
    Like to live un awake for I found love out of reality

    This poem is simple telling how I love some one and be loved for who I am. I will never forget do humble down when I feel so high. And I will do anything for love even it requires my life because I want to live with you for a lifetime.

  • HTML5 Is My New Baby

    WordStar

    What is about HTML5? Back when I was using WordStar for DOS. WordStar give me the idea how code tags works. WordStar was the first text editing software I used to print my documents. That text editor helps me to understand Hyper Text Markup Language quickly.

    I learn the basic html at the age of 16 and then I knew to myself that I love it. My first website is uploaded on GeoCities and the others from homestead. I can’t ignore that there is always something new to learn. Now that all major browsers are supporting it, I will definitely place my attention to play with the codes and start to use it.

    The code is more descriptive and very structure oriented. It will be easier to learn than previous version of html. HTML5 will surely help the loading speed and more search engine friendly because of the simplified codes.

    Why should I study HTML5?

    I will consider HTML5 even if old browser can’t display it properly. I know that people are more willing to upgrade their browser soon because they don’t want to miss the excitement.

    What did you learn?

    • WordStar is a rich text editor that use code tag to format the text. It runs on DOS floppy disk drive.
    • Geocites hosting is very popular free hosting in the 90’s as well as Homestead.
    • Old browser does not support HTML5.

  • Double Major Degree And Masters Programmes

    Having good grades is wonderful but having double major degree is awesome. Kaplan in Singapore in Singapore made this possible for students. People love to deal with buy one take one but I think it is the first time to have a double major degree.

  • We can be anything

    Before we become something that we want, we have to create it first in our mind and we can do that by thinking. We can be anything. Our mind can create the idea into reality and it become possible depending on your capacity and how you truly believe.

    You cannot be anything if you never tried the things you must do. Good education starts when you study hard. Practice makes it perfect. I never heard human baby’s walked after birth we always start by thinking and trying.

    I like “We can be anything” campaign and the video perform with the lead singer Allan Pineda.

    This movement is to encourage everyone that there is something we can do to make a difference, to change and to improve our life.

    We can be anything.

    There are many people who become famous and successful. They become the person of their dreams. We are aspiring to become what we want to be. Thanks for the successful person who share their blue print on how they get their goals. What I mean is you don’t have to invent your success when you can copy and improve how that successful person did it. Their advice are good information and their biography can be your inspirations. We can learn from their experienced that we don’t have yet.

    When the teacher in the classroom asked the students the answer for one plus one (1+1=?). You can raise your hand to answer that because you strongly believe that you know the answer is one. Same things in life! When you believe that you can get a good grade you will study hard and when you know you can do it, we take action.

    What did you learn?

    • Nothings happen if you don’t try to take action.
    • We can learn from other experience.
    • You will be move by your believe.

    You can make a difference

    • All people can be anything but only few understand how. You can take action while others are still dreaming.
    • We have to think, apply what we learn and try again.

  • Father and Daughter along with the Carabao

    After the busy days of work in the farm, the father and her daughter are going home before dark. They are traveling with their carabao along the way and they have to pass four towns before they arrive home.

    On the first town, the bystanders noticed and said “that father and daughter are fool, they have the carabao to ride in but they are not.” The father heard what they are talking and so he asked his daughter to ride at the back of carabao.

    On the second town, the bystanders noticed again and said “Look at his daughter, she knows that her father is tired working all day. I wish she consider her father to rest somehow.” The daughter heard what they are talking and so she asked her father to ride with her at the back of the carabao.

    On the third town, they are both smiling and never expect to hear some talks about them. But the bystanders noticed them again and said “How poor the carabao is abuse that way. It had worked all day and that stupid farmers are still ridding.” They heard them both and plan what to do before heading to the next town.

    Guest what happen? It’s a big laughing out loud. The father and daughter carry the carabao on their shoulder. The mother said when they see them “You two are failure if you keep listening to those negative people. You don’t have to deal with them and leave them along the way.”

    What did you learn?

    • Focus on your good start.
    • Don’t let other people drives you what to do.
    • Don’t deal with negative people, avoid them.
    • You will experience obstacle but as long as you keep moving you will reach your destination.
