  • Make Decisions with the Advantage of Long-Term Information Instead of the Disadvantage of Short-Term Information

    It easy to make decision when you can determine the benefits you can get. Be careful from short term information because you may not know what happens next. The good or bad things in your mind can cause you to decide. When you invest in stock market and notice that your investment is going to drop, the tendency is to withdraw your money because you have the fear of losing, while knowing the economic conditions and applying the long term information you might do the risk to buy more stock and gain more benefits in the future.

    Investing

    While if today the rate of gold and silver is going down, it is either you sell your gold or buy more. If you think of selling out your commodity and assume that you will lost the value of your precious metal then your decision is base only on the short term information but if you are going to buy more and take the advantage when it is cheaper, then your decision is base on a long term information. Buying commodity at low price is the opportunity to hedge its value for it become well in the future.

    Health

    Smoking and drinking alcohol can give benefit in some other ways. You can socialize and make more friends from it, but your health conditions are going to suffer in the future.

    Relationship

    Don’t engage into a relationship quickly especially when you felt the love at first sight. Modes and feelings can be overwritten in instance when you get to know more of the persons. Long term information is always important in making decisions when you are going to have a relationship. You have to know more of your partner and that cannot be done in a short period of time. The person can caught you by the first impression but sooner or later you can get disappoint as you get to know each other.

    Gadgets

    I love gadgets when it is new but I hate it when there is something better after few days. Have you experienced to buy gadgets and after few days something new is coming better than you bought. Most of the case gadgets is best for short term information because of the innovations, there is always something better in the future. You can apply long term information by checking the durability and quality of the products. You will buy the products because you can have it for the long time.

    If you fail to know all the information before you decide then it is hard to tell what is going to happens next. The risk is always there when you don’t know what you are doing.

    What makes a difference?

    • Making decisions is easy when you know the information.
    • Sometimes you have to wait or you have to decide quickly but you have to know the right information first.

    What did you learn?

    • Don’t decide when you are not sure about, information is important to avoid failure.
  • Food supplements

    The food we’re eating today is not enough for our daily nutritional needs. That is why we need food supplements to complete it. Our stomach is easy to get full when eating foods that are lack of nutrition. We can’t push our self to eat more to get the nutrition needed. Food supplements is the other way to get all the nutrition we need where you can take it on tablet, capsules, powder, drinks etc, that we can easily digest.

    Over dose and under dose

    Food supplements are sometimes guaranteed without overdose and under dose bad or side effect because it is only a food. Overdosing food supplement is just like eating too much, compare to the regular food we eat our stomach get full. It’s good when your body can absorb all the nutrients or the benefits you get on the food supplements, else your will going to waste it just like the food we eat all end up on waste. It can be taken also by the children since it is only a food.

    No Approve Therapeutic Claims

    Why this label “No Approve Therapeutic Claims” is seen on the food supplement? While the promoter introduce that food supplements is good for the health and even can cure illness. The label is contradicted to the product. It only means that the products don’t promise anything therapeutic and that label is under the terms and conditions whatever it is. Alternative medicine is carrying that label different from medical drugs.

    Medical Practice VS Alternative Medicine

    Have you ever wondered why food supplements are not very often introduced by doctors? They learn medical practice for many years on the drugs with clinical studies. They base on the data that is proven to cure illness. It’s hard for them to recommend products that they are not sure about. Food supplements are also categories as alternative medicine which is against their practice. It’s because alternative medicine is shown consistently not to be effective. In my own opinion I rather take food supplements that will cure me or not, but at least I feel safe for less side effect.

    Top Food Supplement I’ve tried

    Spirulina

    • Aloe Vera Gel from Forever Living Products containing pure aloe. This product helps me when I was suffering from psoriasis. I think I was started on October 1998 and made my skin slightly normal after a year.
    • Green Barley from Health Wealth Int’l Corp. The main ingredient is barley. I try this product when I am suffering from tendonitis. It helps to lessen the pain and inflammation, it happen on the year 2008.
    • Goji Juice from FreeLife. Its having the ingredient goji harvested from Himalayan. This was the partner of the green barley I took to aid the pain of my tendonitis. I was very thankful to the man who give this product to me no other than Gari Gabrinao I did tried Alaxan Fast Relief for immediate effect too.
    • Cordy Gold from Wellness Treasures Gano Excel containing Cordyceps sinensis. This product is new to me. It gives more energy and stamina. The world records prove it on 1993 Track and Field Olympic game in China.
    • VGCaps from Victory Global is loaded with seven most powerful vegetable in the Philippines.

    Food Supplement is just like the accessories we put on our body, we can live with our without it. When you find the accessories is beautiful when you wear it, you can also find food supplements amazing to our health.

  • How did I quit smoking?

    It was my classic story when I quit smoking and it happen at my early age. I can hardly believe that I tried to smoke and hooked to it for about few months. The lesson I wanted to share here is about making priority and decides quickly.

    Did you know that I was sentence to smoke one case of Marlboro Red at age of 5 years old? I was too curious about cigarette and why people become addicted to it. At first I know it was fun and that was the first motivation why I tried. I was caught in the act smoking the left cigar on the ash tray. I don’t know if my father was really mad that day, he bought me a case of Marlboro and ask me to smoke it all in front of him. Of course I can’t resist the smokes of the cigar and that day I hate cigarettes. I don’t hate my father for that punishment but I am more thankful to realized that smoking was not really good for a child like me. Maybe he just wants me to learn that it’s not yet time for me or he just want me to know how bad it is.

    That’s not the end. I thought I’ve learned my lesson and here I was 8 years old when I used to try it again, one stick at a time. Did you know the root of the plant aroma? It looks like grass to me but it grows like a tree. It has a leave like sampaloc and  torns on its branch. The stick I am using is the root of that aroma. It is like a cigarette when you light it. I found that root with a different flavor and that flavor got me more of it every day. Every afternoon after classes I went to the beach to get some roots.

    One of those days when I was smoking, I don’t really like to spit out and it happens every minutes. My tongue was burn and it’s the reason why I was producing so much saliva. I hate it. Because the root of that aroma doesn’t have filter, the heat of the smoke got directly to my tongue.

    How to quit smoking? It’s time to decide now. It is fun or it is become an obsession even it’s not good to our health. I guess it is really hard to quit when you use to live with it. I can’t give enough advice for those who smoke more than a year. My experience was to quit smoking in a few days, maybe a month but not more than a year. I immediately find my dislike about smoking and too stop is my priority. I have fear to what will happen to me if I am going to smoke for 10 years or more. If did not decide quickly, I may fall to a trap being obsess to cigarettes.

    Find the things that you don’t want when you smoke and think if you can live with it. Some may realize that they don’t like smoking when it’s too late or to long already that they are already addicted.

  • Computer “Monitor” Radiation

    This radiation is harmful to skin health because we face directly in front of it for long period of time. Our face especially our eyes absorbs the radiation. Reducing the radiation is important to our health and we tend to be sick with out knowing what the cause. The radiation weaken the immune system and to much or continuously exposed to radiation will effect your health in the future.
