  • Struggle

    Trials in life can be tragedies or triumphs, depending on how we handle them. Triumphs don’t come without effort. 

    A biology teacher was teaching his students how a caterpillar turns into a butterfly. The teacher told the students that in the next couple of hours, the butterfly would struggle to come out of the cocoon, but no one should help the butterfly. Then the teacher left the room. The students were waiting and it happened. The butterfly struggled to get out of the cocoon, and one of the students took pity on it and decided to help the butterfly out of the cocoon against the device of his teacher. He broke down the cocoon to help the butterfly so it didn’t have to struggle anymore. But shortly afterwards, the butterfly died.

    The teacher return and ask what happened. He explained to his student that by helping the butterfly, he had actually killed it because it is a law of nature, that the struggle to come out of the cocoon actually helps develop and strengthen its wings. The boy had deprived the butterfly of its struggle and the butterfly died.

    Apply the same principle to our lives. There is nothing worthwhile in life without a struggle.

  • The Faithful Juan

    Typhoons come to a village and start bringing more rain. There is a faithful and prayerful Juan who is brave enough to resist the gradual flood level. The man on the village said to Juan when the flood level is on the knee “Hurry up Juan, I’m the barangay captain let’s move to the safe place.” But Juan resists and said, “I believe in God, He will keep me safe.” And the barangay captain went off.

    When the flood is on his chest a boat came and the man said “Hurry up Juan, I’m the city mayor let’s move to the safe place.” But Juan resists and said, “I believe in God, He will keep me safe.” And the barangay captain went off.

    When the flood is a little over on his roof a helicopter came and the man said “Hurry up Juan, I’m the governor let’s move to the safe place.” But Juan resists and said, “I believe in God, He will keep me safe.” And the barangay captain went off.

    And finally Juan died when he drowns on the flood and the good news is that Juan goes to heaven. Juan asks the angels. “Why I am here? Why did I die when my faith is good?” The angels reply to Juan “we did not let you die, the truth is we send you the barangay captain to get you safe but you resist, the second time we let the mayor convinced you but you still resist, we know that your faith is good that we even send a helicopter rescue but you remain on what you believe, it’s too good that you make it heaven.”

    We often neglected the things were looking for especially we doubt on the things we see as it is. The answers are already there but we always prefer to choose what we believe and it’s sometimes too late to get back on the things passed by.

  • The Newbie Frog Secrets

    There is a deep well with a flock of frogs live. Over a year they stay and die on that place. For them getting out of that well is impossible like elders tried many times to get out. One day a little frog are wondering what’s good about the world outside and he begin to jump and get out. The elders keep on discouraging the little newbie frog for it is impossible to get out.

    Stop about dreaming that you can make it, we are already old enough to say that you can’t do it.

    The newbie frog keep on jumping and soon one day he will know the world outside, while the other frogs keep on telling him to stop acting that it will never going to happen. But the frog did it and said;

    What it is the frog skills that he manages to get out that well even if he receives much discouragement?

    You may tell all the positive attitude of a successful people like being brave, perseverance, courageous, hardworking, smart, determine, and other positive traits of a successful individual.

    But what is Newbie frog skill that he manage to control his attitude?

    The newbie frog secret is that he can’t hear anything that he just thinks the other frog is cheering him instead of discouraging him. It help him to focus his goals and become successful.

    Two children’s was abandoned by their parent because of the poverty in life, they were left behind at the forest. They manage to seek and find new home and hoping for good luck to come. The father of the children died afterwards because of hunger.

    One day they meet an old wise man and asked for an advice. The wise old man said that he can tell the future and he predicts what will happen to the two children’s after 20 years.

    The children were so excited to know what futures lies ahead of them. So the old wise man starts telling their future. He said believe that one of you is going to be the richest man in his land and the other one will not. After 20years you have to see each other and reunite. This will only happen in one condition. The children asked what conditions it is to follow to make it happen and the old wise man replied. You should walk in opposite way and live not seeing each other to make it happen. Then after 20 years you go back here to meet each other again.

    20 years has past, and it’s time to meet together where they meet the old wise man. The younger brother appears to be the richest man in his land because of his limousine and bodyguards to welcome his brother back. An hour later their come a man who is on his helicopter and he ask the young man what is he doing here. The young man said, I’m going to see my brother that I hope to be with after 20 years. The man on the helicopter said, “You are my brother, who also believes to become rich in his land”.

    The old wise man is right about what he said, that we become what we both believe, it so happen that you love me so much that you want to be rich to take care of me soon. You believe to become the richest man in your land too.

    The wolf saw the rabbit

    This is the story of the wolf chasing a rabbit for food. The other wolfs join and run together for the hunt. After the long hunt is over, which wolf caught the rabbit?

    While all of them are persistent and determined, the one who can catch the rabbit is the one who has the vision and see the rabbit. Without vision you get tired soon and lose hope.

    But life is not just about vision, it is bound by commitment or action. In the end of the story, none of the wolf caught the rabbit. Why? The wolf is only running for their lunch and the rabbit is running for its life. The rabbit commitment to survive is greater than lunch.

    There are two motivational ending story that you can learn.

    A wolf saw a rabbit and chases the rabbit while barking. Then the other wolfs notice that the first wolf is chasing some food so they run with the first wolf and bark while chasing. Few minutes more and they still hunting over the bushes and everywhere. Hours later they get tired and stop their hunt.

    The man that will continue to pursue his desire is the man who sees the vision that he already achieved it.

    The moral value of the story is for you to have visions. You can work hard and persistent but without your visions, you will never know where you are going. Having a good vision can push you to your goal more efficient. Your will power to survive or to succeed is depend on your reason! You must understand what is your commitment.

    Here I want to share to you my idea how I share 60% of the things I buy from my daily needs. This can only be done on a system that also gives 60% profits back to the distributors.     MESSAGE FROM THE FOUNDER

    July 1, 2008. After 28 incredible years in MLM, 21 of which is as a Managing Director for one of the biggest MLM company in the world making an outrageous annual income most people cannot make in their lifetime, I resigned and started this new MLM company.

    What in the world am I doing? Well, it wasn’t money for sure as I can hardly spend 30% of my outrageous annual income. Was it for fame or recognition? I don’t need to start a new MLM company to get them. As one of the most successful networker in the world with an organization that has sponsored over 3 million distributors, I already have my fair share of recognition and fame. A desire to own a company? Listen to my speeches and training and you will sometime hear me mention that I love my role as a General and have no desire to be the Emperor. So, why start a new MLM company called “Diamond Lifestyle Corporation”?

    After 28 long years, I have found an industry that is my life’s passion. A business, I believe, is the best available option to channel goods and services. A business option for many who are not satisfied with their present financial situation. A business option for many who have no other business options. After 28 long years, I have also found things that need to be changed to help those who love or need this business and give them a fighting chance. Let us talk about 2 of them.

    First. In my opinion, for the last 50 years there is only one MLM company in the world and all the others are pyramid schemes. I would like to ask distributors who believe they are from legitimate companies: If you also operate your business like pyramid schemes, playing the money game, buying up to get bonuses, pins and incentives what is the difference between you and them? DLC intends to close all loopholes to prevent this behavior. We can now say that there are 2 MLM companies in the world: one is called DLC and the other is the biggest MLM company today.

    Second. With the percentage paid out by all MLM companies and the way their marketing plans are designed, it will be ill-advised for most of you to believe that this business is a vehicle to your dreams. After the owners of MLM companies suck away a huge percentage for themselves, there is not enough money left to give the mid- and lower-level leaders a decent income. That is why all company marketing plans are only designed to look after the 20% high level leaders or the superstars. It is not uncommon to listen to these superstars talk about the 80/20 rule like it is a virtue. We think this is catastrophic. When the 80% of leaders find their income unsatisfactory they may quit and when they do so, it becomes a domino effect on the business of the superstar. This is a fact. If we cannot pay enough to look after the 80% we also cannot look after the 20%.

    How then can we write a marketing plan that can also look after the 80% of the leaders? THIS IS THE MAIN MISSION OF DLC.

    There is only one solution. I wish there were another. We must write a marketing plan that also includes the 1/3 that is the profit of the owner of a MLM company into the plan. Only when we have this extra 30% can we have enough money to write a marketing plan where we can concentrate a huge portion of the bonuses to distributors who have one to three break-off legs.

    Yes, I understand what I am doing is abnormal.It is normal and right for all owners of MLM companies to make a profit from their investment for the risk they are taking. But please also understand that I am not interested in the profit of my company. I just want to build an MLM company for distributors and do something for this industry before I retire.
