  • Why web developers are having a hard times on web design?

    I had a good experience to hang with people who is very proficient in customizing online application. I got the opportunity to asked  few questions to Jan Ryan, RV, Nick, Mike and Mong. They are genius people who can easily find the solutions on the system function that you needed. They can develop software that works perfectly to your needs. They can even make much better result.

    For them programing is logical and analytic. Every data, input and output must be perfect. They are very good in solving this situations. Their mind is basically focus on true or false and what if else basic statement. It had been their life since they started to learn programming.

    They sweat on the design and more often ask other to do this job. I asked them why and I am not satisfied with their answers. Most of them told me that they don’t have time and it is hard to do. I was never satisfied because they had been on coding much complicated codes and even more harder than making simple html codes for design.

    It was also a question for me? When I try to create a design, I wanted the result to be perfect. In reality the design may be good for our eyes only. The programmer attitude is to make sure that the result will be 100 percent good, while design output is not logically perfect for everyone. It is because people have different taste. They prefer simple looks than thinking of good design.

    They are sometimes confused to the design they made and kept on thinking to make it better. They can make a best design and the attitude to make it perfect took them so long to finished the job.

  • Pick a roadmap

    We all know that map show us the locations and the road is the path we are going. Do you have a road map? Why do we need it?

    Most people live and die for nothing or living not knowing where they are going. From the point of your birth to the end point of your life, where do you think you are now? We can say from point A to Z what letter are you in between as a progress. Have you been successful along the way?. If you don’t know where you are, the road map is a very useful tool to get there.

    A roadmap without destinations is like a life going nowhere. It is very important to see where you are and where are you going. Once you know where to go, it supply the vision of directions and the guidance. It will never fails you as long as you follow it.

    The roadmap is also your life’s blue print. We can make or copy the road map of successful man or we create our own road map. But if you want to make a shortcut copy or follow the road map of a successful people and it’s up to your ability to follow. I don’t say shortcut is an easy way, often times it is more difficult. It only gives the idea that if they can do it, yes you can do it.
    Success is getting what you want or choose; you can also become successful if you choose to fail.

    The roadmap to become who you are or where you want to be requires good action plan. Action and Plan will help you get there. You are making a day dream without action plan and it will not happen.

    Companion, team mates, partners, and friends with you will be a nice journey, they are the people who use to have the same goals or interest that you have. Moving together forward will make your journey more fun and successful.

  • Friends are not easy to ignore.

    We can earn much happiness if we are friendly enough. We can say that one friend can give so much for one good reason not just once but in many times. What are things that you can give from each of your friend that will never cost money? It is love, trust, companion, and more. If you are in trouble, your friends can support you and even in the middle busy schedule they will come to see you. That’s how good friends do. Friends will come and see you even if you’re ok or not. Some friends come only when you are down or sick as a hero who save the day. Some friends remember only when they need you not because you are nothing but because you are special. You may be good or have something that others don’t, that is why you become special.

    How do I make friends?

    I make friends most of the time and timing is important. Making friends is not often instant it requires building relationship. I can be a friend but will they accept me as a friend? Not all friends can give a strong bond at least you have connections.

    Friends are not easy to ignore. They are just like a hungry stomach that we feed up or skip meals when needed. Not all the time we are happy with our friend that is why we need to have many friends to be with. Give thanks for all the people who accept you as friend, we may not meet their expectations as a friend at least we recognized and understand.

  • Do not judge the book. Buy it

    I bought inspirational books today.

    • The girl’s guide to loving yourself
    • You Go, Girl… Keep Dreaming
    • A Grateful Path

    We say “Don’t judge the book by its cover.” but I bought these books because the front and back cover are interesting.

    A Grateful Path looks so inspiring. The cover shows the road, house and children’s and I am curious about it the meaning of it. I bought two pieces of it, one for me and the other will be a gift for someone in the future.

    You Go, Girl… Keep Dreaming, a special book about always believing in yourself. When I hold this book, I like the cartoon and the typography. The message about believing in yourself is what I always wanted to read. I might learn the different approach on how to believe in yourself.

    The girls guide to loving yourself, a book about falling in love with the one person who matters most… You. It’s the same thing I like above, the cover and the cartoon graphics. But this time I want to know about loving yourself. We fall in love with others how about falling in love with yourself.

    I got the receipt from Chapter and Pages Corporations located at east wing of Robinson Galleria, Ortigas.

    I have four books at the end of the day two copy of A Grateful Path and each of The girl’s guide to loving yourself and You Go, Girl… Keep Dreaming.

  • My Childhood by Arence Gecale

    Ah, childhood. What wonderful memories I can share.
    Like the the time I was five, and got my first teddy bear.
    I loved that bear like it was my own.
    I kissed her and fed her and loved her as my own.

    Like the time I was six,when I got my first bicycle.
    When the time Papa brought it home and gave it to me as a gift.
    That bicycle soon became one of my daily cycles
    Biking to and fro, back and forth through the park.

    But alas, these memories are soon to fade away.
    Like my bicycle and teddy bear will rust and wilt away.
    But every time I close my eyes and count to ten,
    these memories I had from the past will soon shine again.

    They will shine like the stars in the dark blue sky.
    Like pearls from the ocean and the deep blue sea.
    These memories I had when I was a child,
    will remain forever and ever in my heart.

  • Trust Fall

    This activity is good to develop trust in your partners. From the word itself it means that you must gain confident and put trust to your partners when you fall. It is done by standing at the edge and to fall down with strait body posture to the ground. Your partners or participant will catch you safely at your back.
    This is very easy if you know that there are people who will be at your back to catch you. But in other case, some instructor will put a blind fold where the key person cannot able to see if there are someone who will catch when the instructor ask to fall.
    The objective of this activity is learning how to trust your instructor or mentor on whatever they ask you to do. Have a clue that your instructor will never ask you to do unsafe thing.

    Believing can develop trust. It is hard to trust if you don’t believe. Believing is the easiest way to learn. That is why trust fall is often included in team development training.
