  • I Won the Soft Drinks Lip Balm Giveaway

    I want to thank and congratulate Ms. Marilou Lim for the success of her giveaways. It was my first visit to luckycowshop.com and I am very glad grab the Soft Drinks Lip Balm Giveaway. The mechanics is simple like her Facebook page, share the link in your wall and inform her via email.

    Luckily I won and got the Soft Drinks Lip Balm Giveaway. I received the package via xend.com.ph on Wednesday, September 28, 2011.

    Lip BalmThe item LiP BALM is very cute and nice. Now I have the flavor of orange, zero, cole coca, spitre, grape, pspei.

    She announced the winner on Facebook and email. It’s nice to won the price with Myra Jill Laguitao, and Mayflor Zabala-Tornea Plaza. It’s good to congratulate you both.

    I never expected Xend.com.ph would deliver me the package. Since it was the choice of the sender, I get more curios about their service. The first question in my mind is to know how much is the difference of the service charge compare to other.

  • Form a Winning Partnership

    I worry about my fashion on learning whatever I like. This year I have my focus on understanding online marketing and developing my skills for it. At the same time I want to learn another things “real estate venture” but my time is not enough to handle it. I know that it will take years for me to become a good real estate broker and I have to invest money too.

    What I want to do now is to apply what I’ve learned from online marketing and at the same time, deal with real estate. I got the idea form Richard Carlson on his “Don’t worry make money – Form a winning partnership.” What this idea can do for me? I don’t know much about selling property but I know someone who is very proficient on making a good deal. Some essence of online marketing is getting more prospects in to your sales. If that person is looking to do this technology, then we can form a winning partnership.

    Your partner can cover up your weakness. You and your partner have different functions. When that functions work together, it can create a great result. This is what you call the winning partnership.

  • Shamcey Supsup Question and Answer

    I wish Shamcey Supsup won the Miss Universe 2011 Beauty Pageant. But I think she fail on the questions and answer portion. She gives a direct answer even with pressures. But I disagree with her statement that the first person that she loves is God. God is not a person. If she had a second thought she might answer it right.

    “If I would have to change my religious beliefs, I would not marry the person that I love. Because the first person that I love is God, who created me.”

    I listened to her interview and its good know her, I like her attitude being humble and supportive. For me it’s a big congratulation for she is beautiful inside and out.

  • Offer free baby- sitting

    Have you tried to take care of your friend child or baby? Do you think it’s normal to offer baby sitting? It is normal but it is very rare or it comes once in a blue moon. We’re too busy yet we can make a difference by giving our extra time and effort for our friends. We can make difference to the person you ask to take care or help them to take care of their young.

    Working at home together with children will divide our time attending both of your job and responsibility. You have to leave what you are doing to attend the need of your children. As a friend it would be nice to visit your friends’ house for help. You can attend to baby-sit on watching TV while you let your friend finished some work.

    When your friend can’t bring their children on their work or appointment, offer your time to take care of them. It will be really nice to help and develop good relationship. Building relationship really make difference.
